Polish is an AI-powered writing assistant that helps users improve their written content. The Service uses artificial intelligence models, including but not limited to GPT-4 and Claude, to provide text editing, polishing, and enhancement suggestions through a web-based application.

Polish operates on a pay-as-you-go model. You purchase AI credits as needed with no subscription required. There are no monthly fees or commitments.
Credits are the virtual currency used to access AI-powered features. The cost per polish operation varies based on text length and AI model selected. Credits never expire and can be used at any time.
All fees are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file when you purchase credits.
Credit purchases are generally non-refundable since credits never expire and can be used at your convenience. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support for refund requests.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will apply to future credit purchases and will not affect credits you have already purchased.
You retain all rights to the content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

The Service integrates with third-party AI providers including OpenAI and Anthropic. Your content may be processed by these third-party services in order to provide AI-powered polishing features. The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding Your Content), is owned by JNMG Ventures and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
The Service uses AI to generate suggestions and improvements to your content. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of AI-generated content. You use AI-generated content at your own risk.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features in the Service. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, but any unused credits will remain available for use if you reactivate your account within a reasonable timeframe.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE AND ANY CONTENT GENERATED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JNMG VENTURES, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
You and JNMG Ventures agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JNMG Ventures regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
